Basement Remodel

This basement apartment remodel began with low ceilings and very limited natural light. Maximizing ceiling height and introducing layered lighting were essential to transforming the space into something bright, warm, and inviting.

Designed with rental in mind, this project proves that a thoughtful approach can balance budget and beauty. Strategic decisions allowed us to prioritize both function and design, resulting in a space that feels elevated, comfortable, and cohesive—without compromising on cost.
